Perovskite photovoltaics is an emerging technology offering high power conversion efficiency (>25%) with low-cost, low-temperature processing. However, Sri Lanka lacks both R&D infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities in this space. Entering the Perovskite PV market now offers a first-mover advantage with strong economic and environmental benefits. This research-led startup, driven by a graduate college spin-off founded by team of Sri Lankan graduate students in the USA, seeks to bridge this strategic gap.

What You’ll Do

- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and eager to tackle the challenges of establishing a Perovskite PV manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka.
Who You are
- We are seeking candidates with a strong background in materials science, electrical engineering, or related fields. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar cell fabrication and characterization, as well as a deep understanding of semiconductor physics and photovoltaic device operation.
